i signed up for this forum awhile back, ever since then it seems like the only thing i spend my time doing on there is arguing with people about esoteric audiophile claims. no matter how much science and "fact" i show them, i'm always wrong. a good example is this thread. oh, and i am quite tired of hearing the words "amp" and "soundstage" in the same sentence, or, even funnier, "marriage" or synergy of components :rolleyes:

I'm a member there but rarely visit or post. It is my impression that 95% of the posters there believe and support a bunch of nonsense - they love spending huge amounts of money on dacs or recabling headphones or buying tube amps or esoteric speakers. Too many flowery adjectives as well.
