My personal Steam Vent/Rant

Sorry, dear AHers
This is nothing but personal vent/rant

Today is Sunday and instead of enjoying my family & not enjoying but doing required choirs I wait at work place till F-N building engineers repair some water prices/pump/ god-knows-what so my AC mechanic can start server room AC back and then I can bring servers back online and go home....
I'm here since early morning and build yet to announce anything yet or give ETA for that matter....


Life sux, I really want to be somewhere else now... going home doesn't make sense ether since It's almost hour drive

Thanks, but unfortunately I spoke too soon... Life really hates me today...
All our incoming phone lines (64 I think - 2 PRI circuits) are down and that means no incoming phone calls - HUGE ISSUE - now AC is fine, all servers are fine but the G-D phones are major problem. Our vendors working to fix that, but cogs are moving very slow... So it's sunday and i'm already 12 hours at work....

Least my manager set me to get day tomorrow...

I left the office yesterday at midnight - that makes it 16 hours of unpaid work day... and what do I get - A grammar police...

Sixteen hours...that's almost a whole work week. I'm shooting for a 24 hour work week for the rest of the summer.

My normal week is 50 hours at the office. Last week (including Sunday) was 66...
This week I hope to be at 40

This math doesn't count time I work from home (couple of hours a week, here and there)

I hope it'll payout and I get decent bonus end of the year
