Money is Not that tight but it's too tight for a new pair of speakers or to get the old Scott SP-4000's repaired! I'm also tempted to buy a MARANTZ SUPERSCOPE 8-TRACK RECORDER. My whole stereo pretty much consists of Highend Equipment brands like ONKYO,KENWOOD,REALISTIC,SONY,TANDBERG. Also have some SOUNDESIGN COMPONENTS HAHA JUST KIDDING! GOT RID OF THAT BSR TURNTABLE LONG AGO!

So, can you explain why you are not interested in getting the free EQ from TLS Guy?

Because I want newer equipment Not so old!
It's the same age and newer than some of the equipment you have been looking at.

It is a perfectly serviceable unit. The age of an equalizer is of little consequence, but with a tendency for a lot of older units to be better.

Kid, you got to chill. This is not litte league. You're post are being answered by some of the most respectable members on this forum and you're just going around in circles. Your posts are just puzzling me. Do you know what you really want? Are you playing or what?

I want a 10 to 12 band EQ. Hopefully it is going to work out for me I will be buying online. DO NOT want a QUADRAFLEX or BSR. Believe me if this doesn't work out I'm going for the Technics!

How about a nice EAS, which I am sure you're not familiar with. I know of brand new one still in unopened box for around 1K. OEM is SAE.

Here is a blurred, but close-up photo of what I'm pretty certain is the exact model TLS Guy has. The LED's on the tip of each slider are pretty slick (they are not lit on the photo) and probably the best feature is to have a decently long distance for the slider to operate over so you have fine control. I'm pretty sure these have 60mm (~2-5/16") of travel.

Not sure why you believe ADC are no good. Here's a thread on ADC EQ's.

The ADC's seem to be doing pretty well, despite age.
Here is a comment on the model 110:

I might as well plug in on this one too. I have the Sound Shaper 110. Got it 29 years ago while i was in the service overseas. I have never had a problem with it once. I have always had it hooked up to my system since it was new. Damn good DURABLE EQ !
Understand that from my perspective, I can't figure out what you are looking for.
However, we can rule out a reliable and well cared for EQ (from a "seller" who gets no benefit from deceiving you on the condition of the unit) at minimum cost (shipping).
Good luck finding better on ebay!.

Yes, and it does not have legs. If you want it and can make use of it, I will service it and make sure everything is in order. It is actually a fairly decent unit. It has red LEDs in each fader knob. Just let me know.
I think we got our signals crossed on this post. Looking at it again I now believe you are talking about your EQ and are offering it to me.

Jumpin' Jehoshaphat, YES !!! :)

If that kid doesn't want it, I will be more than happy to make use of it. It took some thought to figure out where I would use it and how I would use it but it came to me pretty quick. ;)
