My current setup is an Onkyo TX-SR608 receiver 630w with 100w per channel 7.1 all channels driven. I have 5.1 setup. For fronts, I have a pair of PSB Alpha B1's, PSB Alpha C1 center, and PSB mites for rear surrounds with a Sub Evidence Mk11 sub woofer.
I'm considering getting a pair of towers for the fronts and moving the Alpha B1's to the rear to use as surrounds and eliminate the mites. I've looked at the PSB T1 towers and they're priced a little high for me. So now I'm looking at the Energy RC- 30's.
My question is, how well will the Energy RC-30's match with the Alpha B1's and the Alpha C1 center?
Does the Onkyo have enough power to drive the RC-30's?

The link to the RC30's;

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Anyone have any thoughts?
Most people believe that you should voice match the front
3 channel speakers.
Have you thought about getting another pair of B1's to use
as surrounds to replace the mites?

Yes, my first thought was to add another pair of B1's. My problem and why I'm looking for floor standers, is there no room on top of entertainment center for the B1's with the addition of the new 47" display. Now, I'm going to wall mount the display after further thought, but think that with the center and L/R fronts it may look too cluttered on top of the entertainment center. So, I'm back to floor standers.

I've also decided against the RC-30's and am now looking for a good deal on PSB T1's.

Thanks
