When I play blue ray discs with dts audio, the audio goes out of sync with the video, what can be the problem? My receiver is a Pioneer vsx-d511 with dts and I am using an optical cable between the blu-ray and the receiver. its really starting to annoy me! Any help would be great Thanks

Check the set up (audio) on the Samsung. Make sure you have the Bitstreaming Audio checked.

I have a Yamaha CD changer, Samsung Blu-ray and a old Sony DVD player all stacked on each other with no problems. I DO keep a a fan going on my Onkyo HD A/V Receiver and NOTHING on top of it wow it gets hot as does my Verizon FIOS set receiver. I have both of them with plenty of air space and seperated as I too worried about heat.

I assume you have your Bluray HDMI to your HD A/V Receiver then HDMI to TV. If so you have the set up correct on the player menu. Does the player have a HDMI port? If so try going HDMI to HD Receiver then HDMI to TV.

Good Luck
Louis
