What preamp/amp for B&W 804di mains, HTM4di center, CCM 816 rears, and JL f113 sub?

I too have an in-service 20 year old component in my system. It's a Yamaha carousel cd player. From what I hear, carousel cd players are unreliable.

Yes, it plays CDs but also records them. It predates computer CD burners. It is this unit here, right above the computer case and just below the blue RME Fireface 800.
