I recently picked up a Lex. MC-1 that I am very happy about, but it didn't come with a remote. I had assumed that the remote from my DC-2 would work it (they are VERY similar units), I was wrong
Without a remote, I can't set any parameters, it is next to worthless.
I am going to try to find a remote via ebay and all the normal channels, but that might be a long wait. My other thought was to get a learning universal remote, and then find an MC-1 owner that I might be able to have copy the codes.
I was looking for recommendations on a good, inexpensive learning universal remote. Also, if they make such a thing, a universal that would let me back up the codes somehow in case it ever looses the codes.
Is there a solution I haven't thought of?
Thanks,
Brad
