Unless you get off your duffus and build some, you will look a long time. Building a set would be very straightforward. If you can't do it, for Heaven's sake hire an artisan.
I've had a few people send me a PM in the last several months with ones
they would possibly sell me - but they don't/haven't responded to my replies (PM turned off or spam blocker maybe?) -
thus the reason why I still bump this occasionally.
I did get a quote (for $150) for a pair to be made (too expensive, imo)
and know that, ultimately, I may have to build some myself or pay the $$,
