I recently moved my home theatre equipment to another room and now I cannot get either of my 2 sub's to work, but both work with a Denon AVR I have. I have tried a factory reset, different cables and changing the speaker set up settings all with no luck. Test tones play through every channel except the sub channel.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You seem to have done the right things.

Make sure the sub is enabled and that your crossover settings are correct.

Make sure you have sufficient output from your receiver to drive the subs.

If that does not work it is service time.

Did you bump or jar the receiver in the move?

Double check your sub connction to the AVR ensuring you have it connected to LFE/sub out (however its labelled) . You may have in errror connected your sub to the wrong output of teh AVR... an all to easy thing to do becuase of number of inputs and outputs on the back of these units these days.
