NAD C-541 CD Player

I have NAD C-541 CD Player has an issue with eject mechanism. CD tray does not open always when I press the eject button. I hear somthing moving when this happens. What could be a cause of this?

No idea. You have the player, so open it up and see what the mechanical problem is.
