Law for broadcasters to standardize volume levels between commercials and broadcasts. No budgets balanced though

Actually, they both are a pain in the *$$ if you ask me. Most commercials are so lame anyways. Boosting the volume just makes it even more annoying. Spending money before it can be printed is not the smartest thing ever done. It is time for a change! Hey, you think Congress can do something about price gouging of gasoline prices? Now that really would be something to see a change like that eh?

It is about time they did something about this matter. It has been going on for decades. As long as I can remember, commercials have been louder (on average volume) than TV shows. I guess this tells us how long we should expect to wait before something is done about a problem...
