After a hot and dreadful summer, I went north to visit Lake Placid. Talk about instant autumn, the trees are changing color by the hour! It's gorgeous here. I'm taking pictures, when I have a few more I'll post some good ones.

Jaime, read over skyline123's DIY speaker thread. I'm looking for an excuse to build these, but I don't need them for myself. Any chance that you're interested in buying the parts so I can have the fun of building them?

Jaime, read over skyline123's DIY speaker thread. I'm looking for an excuse to build these, but I don't need them for myself. Any chance that you're interested in buying the parts so I can have the fun of building them?

How much will the outlay be, assuming labor is free or mostly free, for um 3 towers? (can they easily be front ported?) How dramatically different sounding would they be from, uh, say, PSB Images?

Fall might start here [southeast Ohio} tomorrow {sat}, it was 95 yesterday and will get there again today. Its been hot all week. Cool down starts tomorrow with 70's and 60's for a week at least. Looking for to it.

Here locally, we have set record highs in the last several days. Personally, I am ready for some cooler weather given it has been the 3rd hottest on record. I have noticed the leaves changing color and falling quite rapidly. The days are also getting shorter. Sure is a pretty time of year!

I think fall started this morning. Sat on the porch with a cup of coffee, there was a slight chill in the air, and cool breeze and leaves were falling to the ground, and the air conditioning was OFF.
