I wouldn't let that stop you from buying from them again. You can't really blame them for not wanting to refund you till they get the product back either, that's pretty standard practice. I recently bought a refurbished .mp3 player from ecost.com and it came broken, I called them and they issued me a rma number and emailed me a prepaid ups return label so I could send it back. They charged me for another unit so they could send it out, and issued a refund when they got back the damaged one. That won't stop me from buying from them again though, as that is the risk you take when purchasing things online.
