Sucks that losing weight is so hard in comparison to gaining it... Same for food, tastiest food is usually the worst for the health...
I bike to work during the summer, that's around 2 hours of biking per day, you eat a chocolate bar and you've already almost made up for the calories you've burned... Then you head out to eat for dinner, and it's giant plates of food everywhere, you have to split it in two and eat two meals from that one plate or else you eat twice as much as you should...
No wonder people are so fat. Cars, bad food, no exercise in their routine...
Have you ever been to eat at a fat person? Have you looked at the plates of food? My god... Don't tell me it's genetics, if anybody ate like they did, they'd also be their weight... Sad... That said, think I'll do a couple of push ups, biceps & shoulders and some crunches... haven't done them for a while now... sigh...
