How are you making out with your eye; have you been to the Doc yet?

It was mentioned earlier, infection is always something to be concerned about.
Hope all turns out well.

I've taken a Champagne cork in the eye before and my eye is fine so don't fret too much :)

Sometimes an errant blast ends up in an eye socket. Judging by the lack of ladies walking around with eye patches I'd say that the human eye is pretty resilient. You'll be fine. ;)

:D Yes, [Strike]God[/Strike] evolution was stupid to never consider grease over the temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit from entering into the human eye. They cooked over live fires for gosh sakes!

I worded my original post carefully, because I knew you would be all over it :) I made sure I didn't use terms like splooge, wad, blast, facial, etc...

Doc says surface and retina are fine, so whatever it is, is inside the eye and is unrelated to the oil. She said it is fairly normal and should go away on its own. She also said my eyes look pretty healthy.
