My statement being ironic never crossed my mind! It's one of two phones Verizon offers with a QWERTY keyboard and no attached data plan. The only crappy part, not that I really use it, is Verizon disabled the MP3 player in the software. I just have to figure out how to re-enable it.

Is there some kind of rule that someone with under 5 posts cant win one of the giveaways? There is a ridiculous amount of posters who either just signed up or are not active that have posted in the aperion audio giveaway. I don't know how they pick the winner, but I'm gonna be pretty peeved if someone with 1 post wins it.

The rules of eligibility are simply you must be alive, at least 18, and living in the continental US. I couldn't find anything about post count.
