Panny Plasma V10 Or G25?

I have been shopping the past 2 weekends and I really liked the V10. However I also like the G25. Both are in my price range and I can get them for about the same price. Only difference is the G25 will be 54 inch and the V0would be a 58 inch. I don't think sacraficing 4 inches would make a big difference.

The only thing that is a major concern for me on the G25 is that it does not come with 24P cinematec playback. The V10 does and it's an older model. I don't get this. I have never watched a blue ray dvd player in my life, but I do not want to have any judder when I get everything up and running. Am I going to see a major difference watching in 24P or regular mode?

If I decuide to go with the V10 I may hold out to see if I can get the 65 for a better price, but right now I perfer the G25 it's just a matter if the 24P is going to be a deal breaker or not. Since I'm new to this I need to know what i'll be missing and if I will notice this when watching dvd's

If the programming is shot with video cameras, as opposed to film cameras, 24Hz shouldn't matter unless they artificially add that effect to the video signal to make it look more like film. You may want to look up how many movies would be affected by not having it/having it.

Go with the V10...I have the 58'' and its awesome. The THX mode is awesome. I also have the 50'' G15 (very close to the G25). I love them both, but the V10 is better. I also like the reference mode, plus the customizing should you get it calibrated.

RIght now 6ave.com is having name your price. You could probably pick up a 65" V10 for about $2500.00 or close to.
