Obama campaigned on UHC. Obama was elected. Obama has persued UHC. There's much more about poll bias and such that I'd discuss in a thread on UHC; but that's not what this thread is about.

IMHO, I tend to think a lot of people are like sheep...they just follow the herd. Most of the people (Obama supporters) I spoke with always made reference of HOPE...his slogan. I made a lot of attempts to discuss different issues of each side, and most people had no clue of what each of them stood for. Quite honestly, I think McCain was a horrible candidate. He might as well call himself a Democrat. I think with the majority of people, it always comes down to being Republican or Democrat. What I mean by this is, if you're a Democrat, you vote Democrat and vice versa. Most people don't know what each candidate represents.

I'm by no means trying to bait or taunt you. I firmly believe that the majority of people are ignorant.
