My room is a cluttered mess. Sorry.

What I'd like to do is lose the queen size bed and futon. Get a twin and put it against the wall where the futon is, and then get a couch in front of that. Of course, I'd like a better speaker and avr as well. I'd also like a nas & htpc, and a larger tv. I'd also like a bigger desk, and better shelving units. I'd also like to paint the room, lose the carpet and get some sort of flooring installed. I'd also like a new house with a dedicated theater room. None of these are going to happen any time soon, perhaps never

I will miss dual monitors though

I need to work something out so I'm not so close to the display either, but that's later.

which display is that and also how do you like that computer case? does it have better airflow than the nine hundred?

the computer display is a sharp lc-40le700un.

the 1200 is okay i guess. i wouldn't buy it again - i'd definitely choose other cases instead of it. if you only had a few drives in there i guess it would be okay though, but my case is stuffed full of hard drives. i've seen people with really clean setups, but that's usually with modified cases. anyway, the airflow is fine and i'd imagine it's better than the 900s just because of the additional fans, but i've never owned a 900. i did replace the front three fans with 1200rpm scythe kaze-jyuni's and the side panel has a 1200rpm yate-loon d12sl or something like that, i can't remember. the rear fans are the stock antecs as is the big fan on top of course.

Haha, yeah, the stands are more than big enough for the speakers They were only $25/pair, though.

I haven't really been keeping up with anime and haven't watched anything new in a couple years, but some of my favorites are full metal panic, crest/banner of the stars, darker than black, moyashimon, kanon, clannad, gurren lagaan, and most of the gundam shows i've watched. probably a few more i'm forgetting.

Speaking of Crest of the Stars, I had never watched that show till last month. I just finished it and am on to Banner of the Stars. Great show, I love it.

But my bedroom is it, I don't have anything connected to the tv out in the living room since I spend all my time in the bedroom.

Thanks. Not exactly a metalhead - I listen to a lot of different things, including some metal bands here and there...but Opeth is one of my favorite bands

Definitely. I've only managed to see them in concert once, several years ago. A bonus was one of the opening bands - Pelican, another band I really like. Opeth puts on an awesome show.

I have yet to see them live...I haven't been to a live concert in 8 years or so. I was in a band and toured a little bit. I got burned out from shows because every week I was playing one.

I've changed things around yet again. It's probably dumb to have two 2.1 setups in the same room but whatever

I can't wait until I have the credit cards paid off and have some money, though. I'd love to get some better subs and hopefully a plasma and a worthy 5.1 system out in the living room.
