What is the most Popular back-wall paint color?

I don't know if this is the right subject to be posted here. MOD, please move to the correct Room if needed to. Here is the question, I wanted to paint my back-wall to a different color. I could not decided, please NO Black. Here is current color. Thanks.

I wouldn't worry about it in that room. I assume this is for video improvement, and well, I would honestly just go with what looks best, because video improvement, if any, will be pretty marginal I am led to believe.

If you ever DO need a black paint recommendation, here is one:
The blackest, most flat paint. Period.

Ah. I would start looking for interior design forums, or something. Lemme try looking. After all, you're asking someone who just built an unfinished 23 cu ft subwoofer. Maybe I'm not the right guy to ask.

nice room. if it were me. i would be looking for a color to paint the ceiling. perhaps something to compliment the floor. that white just isn't going it for me.

Mine was much much much easier because it was a pre CNC'd kit. Pre cut, pre drilled, etc. There is no way I would even attempt a tapped horn otherwise. Call me a wuss, I don't care.

Anyways, I am soooo not the guy to ask. There are already designs that people have shared with each other, and that's what I would do (because they already figured out the math for you, with specific driver parameters in mind).

If you needed a special one of a kind build to certain specs, then a lot more work, or a lot more help would be needed. Go hang out in the DIY forum here. Check out the stickies too. There are a number of people who will help you. Probably not me though, sorry!

I like the two colour effect to make room interesting. I have green leather sofas and brown and black furniture so painted the room to match. Even made some panels to match the colours also. I had to work around the constraints my wife gave me but I'm pretty happy with the results. I reckon a nice brown on the back wall would go well in that room and fit in well with the equipment.
