Watching at a friends. I'm not a fan of Jackson, but I think you're right. I'll be cheering for Evans. I've been waiting for this for a long time.

I can't wait to see Lesnar soon!

I'm looking forward to Lesnar's return as well. I wish they would give him a fight against a lower ranking guy first since he's returning after a serious medical condition. Lesnar vs. Carwin will be a hell of a match.

I'm glad Evans won! Not exciting, but he took care of business.

Mike Russow... wow. He has a solid chin. He took quite a few big punches. What an exciting ending.

Mike Russow got him good, but man did Evans dodge the bullet. I don't know what was wrong with Rampage at the end. I have a feeling it was a respect thing that kept him from charging. You could tell both fighters had more respect for each other than their talk.

I'm glad I didn't pay for this one, wasn't very impressed with any of the fights. Rampage looked like a zombie in the cage.

Yeah. I'd rather watch pro wrestling than most of those fights. I realize it's scripted, but that fight didn't live up to it's billing.

Rampage seemed a bit scared to me. All his talk and mean muggin needed to be backed up and I think he was scared to make a mistake. Lots of big fights are like this. Evans was a bit timid too, but he was way more loose than Rampage.

Well he got popped early and that set the tone. He's a great fighter, but when you get a near knock out at the beginning of a match it's really hard to be in the fight. In the 3rd he started to finally show up, but by then it's too late.

True, true... I may be downplaying how bad he got rocked with that punch a bit.

Also, what about that crapppppppppppppppppy Brilz decision earlier? From what I saw, he clearly won the first 2 rounds and the 3rd could have gone either way. I hope to see more from him.

@Matt34 - I usually feel a little disappointed. $45 + 10 for HD once a month or more is crazy. I thought this was one of the better UFC PPVs we've had recently. You just never know what you're going to get.

Yeah, I usually have folks over at my place and have everyone pitch in $5 bucks so it's not so bad.

I was disappointed with the Rampage fight...I think had it went 5 rounds Rampage would have won. Evans got rocked bad in the 3rd.

Brilz was robbed of the fight. He clearly won rounds 1 and 2...and lost the 3rd. Complete BS if you ask me.

Hathaway looked very impressive for a 22 year old. He made Diego look pretty bad. That knee to the face was awesome. Well deserved win.

Bisping didn't look that great. Ever since he got KO'd from Henderson, he isn't the same.

Russo had one of the best comebacks I've seen in a long time...awesome job. Now if he gets into better shape ;)

I was looking for a little bit more excitement, but I still had fun.

I've never been a huge fan of these fights, but was invited out to watch them on Saturday night. I'm still not a huge fan of these fights. I am however a fan of the festivities surrounding said fights. I was not a fan of feeling like a pile of poopy on Sunday.

The festivities are always a good time. What do you like as far as sports go? Do you like any form of fighting?

Personally, I prefer to "use my words", but I do actually enjoy some of the match ups that haven't been over hyped. I gotta be really honest, one of the biggest turnoffs for me is the fans. Just because you watched a fight in a bar, doesn't mean you need to start a fight in a bar. Most MMA fans are worse than NASCAR fans as far as being loud, obnoxious, and just plain out of control. I don't dig that. Its ok to be passionate, and there are some good fans, but the rest give em a bad rep.

IMO, Chuck will beat Rich. Both are looking to reclaim some of their former status. I like both, but I think Chuck is a better fighter.

The only fight I've ordered this year was GSP vs Hardy and it was a little disappointing. It went exactly how I thought it would. Hardy was outclassed completley, though he did manage to last and didn't tap the two times he looked like he was in trouble.

I was disappointed that Machida lost to Shogun, but Shogun is a good guy too.

I know exactly what you're saying. I too can't stand that whole Bro look...tap out gear with sideways hats...they really irritate me lol. I think if I ever go to a live event I will sit really close...those "Bros" wont be able to afford the ring side seats :)

I think Chuck will win also. GSP is an awesome fighter. When he's training hard he's almost impossible to beat. I like Machida because he seems like such a modest guy, but shogun a good dude too. I'm sure Machida will be back.
