It's good to see they are planning on HDMI 1.4, as that was the very first thing I wondered about, now that it has been this long. This unit is on my short list for future processor. Integra too I guess.
On one hand, I'd like to have Audyssey Dynamic Volume, Dynamic EQ, and DSX.
OTOH, it's nice to have Outlaw's solid reputation in hand, with a seemingly excellent warranty, and of course some semblance of affordability.
Audyssey supplies at least a couple of target curves, though otherwise inflexible. I wonder if there is more than one target curve with Trinnov. I'm pretty sure Trinnov can be disabled above 300hz, as the guesstimation of the Schroeder transition frequency of the typical room. ARC-1 I believe is even more flexible with HF cutoff. However, I was under the impression that most ARC users were leaving the HF cutoff higher than initially anticipated, anyhow.
