It's not the only forum he's been banned from. It makes me want to run an IPtrace on him and introduce him to a grapefruit and sock.
I hate to say it, but he was "right" in that forum. The Marantz receivers have proven to be problematic and in some ways inferior. Either way...

I too, thought it was a little weird at first.:confused: Though he assured me he signed all his PM's that way.

Crap. That stinks. Do they at least know if it really shipped or not?
The tracking number shows it has shipped and it's located at the DHL depot here in Markham, but each attempt to deliver it shows undeliverable. I've contacted their customer service several times since Tuseday morning but why would anybody there know what the heck is going on:rolleyes:. Apparently the person in charge of handling my waybill or trace hasn't even had the courtesy to call me back. Nathan who built my sub has spoken to him directly and was reassured by him the sub is not damaged and the re-scheduled delivery should have taken place yesterday....but still no sub...:mad:

I've even attempted to schedule a pick up in person but was told that any paper work submitted would require 1 day to process and likely delay my deliver further...go figure...:mad:

Wow what a crazy situation. DHL is by far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I actually pay more to certain vendors here at work to not use DHL. The don't deliver every day where I am and when you pay for next day and it takes three it is just unacceptable.

Well I just got off the phone and it should be out today:rolleyes:. The agent in charge has flagged it for delivery. The re-occurring status of undeliverable was caused due to the shipping weight(96lbs). I told them, "your a freaking shipping company for crying out loud", at the very least you should have extended me the courtesy of calling me. In any case they've made special arrangments for delivery so my fingers are crossed....:)

Yea...I don't know it might be what highlander was alluding to. I can't see if this was to be the case, how they'd stay in business. I guess what really matters to the customer is it arrives and damage free.

About 68 and sunny here. Order me up a couple hundred more of these each year. Just don't send them DHL.
