The tracking number shows it has shipped and it's located at the DHL depot here in Markham, but each attempt to deliver it shows undeliverable. I've contacted their customer service several times since Tuseday morning but why would anybody there know what the heck is going on
. Apparently the person in charge of handling my waybill or trace hasn't even had the courtesy to call me back. Nathan who built my sub has spoken to him directly and was reassured by him the sub is not damaged and the re-scheduled delivery should have taken place yesterday....but still no sub...
I've even attempted to schedule a pick up in person but was told that any paper work submitted would require 1 day to process and likely delay my deliver further...go figure...
I'm in the stem vent, right...?
