big bass for big room, suggestions?

i have a large room, about 8000 cubic ft, and currently have 4 cerwin vega VE 15f's running off 200 watts each but the bass just isnt there that im looking for. i want impactful bass. im interested in folded horn designs, particularly cerwin vegas je-36c but dont know much about them. i have a amp to power whatever it is that does 650w at 8ohms and 900 at 4 ohms. just looking for decent sounding, low hitting, impactful bass for music.

ya i figured they werent, probably out of my price range by a lot. i have a ascendant audio aresenal 15 sitting in my garage, i was wondering if i could build an enclosure for home use. i dont know much about home subwoofer enclosures, anyone have any input?

Check out the DYI section. You should be able to build a couple of good subs to help with the extremely large room for around 1500
