MONSTER CABLE M1.2s Speaker Wire Pre-terminated With Monster Spade Connectors & Monster Pin Connectors -2 10ft Cables for some $50. I'm wondering if it is any better than the OFC speaker wire I use now....

I'm not a fan of Monster Cable products, primarily due to the companies unethical business practices followed by their products being highly overpriced (retail) for what they offer. The gauge and lengths of your current wire are more important info to determine if you may need to change them out than is the brand name. I'd recommend taking a look at what is offered from Blue Jeans Cable. They make very good quality cables for a very good price.

I know, I know, I thought long before buying the wires. $50 is a lot for wire, and I'm a huge skeptic.

Win or lose on this, I'm glad I didn't pay retail price.

I have a receiver with A and B switching. For the 50, I'll be setting up a comparison.

You wont hear any difference in the wire.Just FYI that would have cost you about $12 to make your own from www.monoprice.com I am sure they will be just fine but they have that guy noal lee's stink on um

That's statement is not true. The MonoPrice wire will run you a couple of bucks, termination will be another few bucks, wire pants will be a little more and then the ITunes song will cost you 99 cents and at last, the next charge will cost you $1,200.
