This is a case for anyone with common sense to come into the room and beyatch slap the mom and say, "Get over it, don't you think the world in general has enough issues with war, poverty, unemployment, starvation. crime, rape and some idiot blasting his rap album in his beater hoopty at 3 am and your worried about this"

p.s. and any scheister lawyer who takes this case deserves to have his/her degree revoked for unethical principles in taking on this case.

That schiester lawyer is her husband and lawyers are taught to maintain a "moral break", where they don't impart any morality on the client's case.

I guess he missed that class. The guy is just being an ambulance chaser, at this point.

I think some of the blame might lie with the mom. After finding this picture of the tit-illating toddler, I think the mom should of had a clue something was amiss.
