Hmmm, if they can make a 500 BHP V8 that efficient, you would think they could make a "normal" car even more efficient. Perhaps the technology is too expensive for a family sedan. But then, you'd think the economy of scale would bring the cost down. Wait and see, I guess...

The link says it is a hybrid so on the open highway you are probably back down to 15mpg. Hybrids only get good mpg in town. If you really want a green performance car then get this one. You might even be able to afford it.

Good luck getting one. They are not easy to come by yet; not to mention they recently raised the price. I see them all the time, quite a few people in this area have them since they are based here in the Bay Area.

I love that P-car too. The Audi is nice too, bad heaven forbid you have dusty brake pads.
