I noticed since all major holidays are over by now, the stream of basically identical questions aka "What to buy for $1000".
I'm still relatively new here, but I assume this happens every season here..
Any inputs my fellow veteran AHers?

I'm also new here but have been lurking off an on for about 2 years.

I suspect the question will always pop up since it's a good starter budget. I know I found those threads quite useful for my upgrades. So they may die off, but then they will arise again like Pamela Anderson's latest "ahem" adjustment...:D

For those who have replied to the $1000 questions, I thank you. Out of the 957 replies to those questions, there were 1,232 opinions. Confusing at times, yet I learned a lot and they caused me to think about things I had not known about nor considered. Again, thank you.

No no, I've got a few questions for you still. I want 7.2 sound with 10hz to 20khz response that's wireless completely. I've got 1000 dollars. What do you suggest

Happens every year. There is a batch before the holidays, a bigger one after, and another when tax refunds roll out.
