Sorry for my complete and utter absenceness, I missed lots of fun I reckon
Just back from Valentines celebration in Paris, In Europe it's different....
My girlfriend bought a trip to Paris for valentines for us to celebrate there, and we were in Eiffel tower for the sunset at Valentines, by then my girlfriend received my gift which was my heart (a physical one) and a bl### nice gift I think
Now SAS lost our luggage for the second time in a row, I don't call them Scandinavian Airlines anymore but Surrealistic Airlines System...
They claim that they have absolute full control on situation but has no idea, where in the world it is, they say it can be anywhere in the world.... two days and nothing whatsoever info about anything at all, we called them 27 times now, I have all the luggage service numbers possible to find for the whole world on my phone now.... just ask guys if you need any of these numbers
First time SAS lost our luggage was when we celebrated x-mas in Zurich and Kiev and upon return it disappeared in Copenhagen airport... it took them almost three days to find it in Copenhagen
Now big questions are....
- will we get our luggage
- Will SAS be able to do a proper hat trick by losing our luggage three times in a row?
not sure we're gonna give 'em the chance to do this
Now SAS is setting out automatic machines around airports so that you can quickly report lost luggage, can you imagine.... they accept the complete utter failure... they're not gonna make a better system to make sure luggage arrive at correct target, no they just spend all this energy to make it simpler to report their failures....
To me there should be zero tolerance for lost luggage, one bag lost is one to much, but it seem that airports and airlines around the world don't really bother too much.
Even the smallest retail shops have scanners and systems to track warehouse and what they have... Airlines have nothing, they have no tracking of where luggage is going so they just sit around waiting for this to show up somewhere.... For me this is a mentality that belongs in the stoneage, incredibly that the largest airline in Scandinavia cannot even track where luggage is sent....
I can not remember ever being treated with so little respect and in such an unfriendly was as when we contacted Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris..... and in the biggest airport in Europe, they hardly speak English at the lost luggage customer service information
