I have studio monitors on a desk. Would these be worth the money?

it looks like the guitar center is a better deal to me.. they are showing 4 pads.. 2 for each speaker.. but it even says further down 4 each included...

I haven't tried those but I do think isolation pads help anytime you're setting a speaker on a hard surface. I've used homemade pads that I've fabricated out of acoustic isolation foam (not cheap). I've also used a cheaper competitor to the ones you linked and improved them with more of that foam to isolate the P2030Ps on my desk. That's the long winded answer. The short version is yes in my opinion something like this is a good investment.

It looks like GC is saying 4 pads (2 pair plus 4x 8 degree wedges) for $40 but I would call both and confirm. You need 1 pair of pads each for most speakers.

ok, i didnt think AH would be off the mark so I'm glad its all the same package and quantities..

that being said for the OP, get them where you can.. its all pretty close to the same deal.
