I'm not sure how to find a truly authorized and trusted dealer online. I saw a great price from B&H Photo Video Pro Audio. I called Panasonic and the guy I spoke to said they are authorized but Panasonic doesn't have a list. Hmm. He said I should research them? I do not want to get a B product or gray market product, or have return or warranty issues. Any suggestions for a good price and a quality store would be appreciated. Thank You

If I'm reading you correctly, you said that Panasonic confirmed they are an authorized dealer.

So...what's the problem?

B&H are not some fly-by-night operation, incidentally. They're established and successful.

As Zhimbo mentioned, B&H Photo is a well regarded store.

But make sure to read their return / exchange policy:

No Return/Exchange On:

  • TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger once opened

So if you have a problem with the TV, you'll have to deal with Panasonic (Not really an issue as their Viera Concierge Support is pretty good).

That's because Panasonic doesn't really have Authorized Dealers for TVs (And most other products). You'll get the warranty no matter where buying the TV from.

B&H Photo is a great dealer. I have also purchased stuff from 6thAveElectronics and have no complaints.

If you go through Bing you can get some cash off as well. I tried posting the link but it doesn't work here because it has brackets in it. Go to Bing.com, click on Shopping, and search for Panasonic 42G10. 6thAve has that set for $798 w/free shipping plus 2% cashback from Bing. That comes to roughly $782 and no tax. That's a damn good price, the best I've seen.

I have seen the Panasonic G10 models on Newegg at very good prices but the only one they have right now is open box.

Amazon has it for $838 with free shipping.

You'd be safe buying from any of these dealers.
