Dynaudio Focus is just a superior speaker overall in my opinion. I've heard both, although in different rooms.
Dynaudio's had significantly better imagining, as Dave said, a result of them having much better performance in time (time-alignment). They sound very neutral, perhaps neutral enough to not be as involving as some other speakers, but you could listen to them all day without any listener fatigue. The PSBs, not so much.
They are great speakers, but simply aren't big enough to handle a reference dynamic soundtrack unless in a small room. Again, great speakers, but, understand their limitations based on physics.
Another note, is that they are a hard load. 85db/watt, 4-ohms ... and so I'd say you basically require a separate amplifier to power them appropriately. They have a 200 watt IEC, so rule of thumb is to double that, and power them with a 400 watt @ 4-ohm two channel amplifier. I'd recommend a Crown XTi1000 with them, which is 500 watts per channel but more power rarely hurts a speaker (underpowering them will) unless driven beyond their limits in volume/suspension.
With a receiver running 100-watts per channel, not stable to 4-ohms, with a baby power supply, those speakers won't sound right.
