I have a 200$ limit,
I was thinking of the Klipsch KSW-10 10-Inch 225 Watt Subwoofer (Black)
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0009CDYF2/ref=ord_cart_shr?_encoding=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glance

or this one polk audio 10"
http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-10-Inch-Powered-Subwoofer/dp/B000PIFAOS/ref=sr_1_13?ie=UTF8&s=aht&qid=1264885727&sr=1-13

and please, if any of you have any other suggestions, please get back to me.

I am starting to get my system back up (low end, but I still like it)

I have not heard one personally but it has a good reputation around here so you should consider one or two if you have the room.

I've heard them and for the money, you can't do better.

As Walter mentioned used is good too but Local stuff from eBay and Craigslist doesn't always have good deals. I'm always looking and recently found a deal on a used one. If you're around RI, I'll sell it to ya.

Sorry, but I am not sure of what all the names are for wires, but I have 1 plug in my AV, for a subwoofer, I was told that I could buy a splitter(to run 2 subs), would anyone mind telling me the name of the cord I am looking for?

It's just an RCA interconnect for analog audio. Pretty much any cable with RCA connectors will work. Monoprice is a good place to get a decent inexpensive one.

Y splitter.

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=181-850&ctab=14

that was the first on on this list
http://www.parts-express.com/wizards/searchhelp.cfm?search=rca y splitter&CFID=21769245&CFTOKEN=67281740

or monoprice for a whopping 55 cents.

edit: note that one has two male ends, and the other has two female ends. The easiest will be using one with two female ends, then connect regular audio cords of proper length to each sub.

I think so.

I helped my sister put a system together with a $4,000 budget and I chose to get her the exact same thing. I know that I like the way her Daytons sound in comparison to my 10" Infinity PS10's that cost about as much but her room is better.

At this price point there isn't a lot of competition but you might wait a day or two to see what other recommendations come in. For what it's worth I think the Daytons are the way to go.

I've got the Dayton that has be mentioned. In the price range you are looking at, it's the only sub that I have ever had suggested to me. Personally I really enjoy the performance that it gives but I don't have much to compare it by.
