Someone stole my pictures!

Place your name (user name or something to identify them as your sale) on the photo so that another person would have to photoshop it out. They are obviously lazy, so they won't use your pics. The same thing happened to MikeC and he sent an email to fleaBay to have them do something about it.

it actually happened on audiogon ... and after the ad was taken down the first time, the user it twice or thrice more (now that guy was an ***)

I would contact eBay and let them ban the person from ever selling on eBay again.

As I already said, I've handled this in the best way possible. They seemed surprised and where unaware what they did was illegal and against eBay's policy and stressed they would not do it again because they where afraid of getting their account banned. So if the seller honestly did not know and will not do it again I see no reason why they should be banned for doing it.

I've had it happen numerous times for the same product (when I was one of the first to own it).
I sent some emails and all was well.
One guy tried to deny it but I sent him photo footprint evidence.

One very awesome thing to do, if they're stupid enough to link the image file that you have in your photobucket or the like, is to change the file to a picture of something else. Get creative enough, and you just might get them into some serious trouble, too.
