It looks really good, but my vote still goes for the oppo...the image quality is better than other blu ray played i ever seen.

The LG BD390 is a very cool Blu-ray player, and one of the only Blu-ray players capable of playing .mkv files from an NTFS formated drive (meaning the available option of using files larger than 4GB a piece as well as a drive size over 32GB. That's a nice feature. Reportedly it doesn't pretty good with DVDs in terms of upscaling and Blu-ray image quality is up to snuff with the best of them.
