Not with the butt whooping that the Eagles are taking today.

As much as I hate to admit it, Dallas is absolutely smoking right now. They seem to be peaking at the perfect time. After those 2 losses to the Giants and Chargers, something has absolutely lit a fire under their ***. Romo is playing awesome, the running game is working, and if the score holds today as is (as of 6:51 pm EST) they will not have allowed a point in the last two games.

I would not want to play this team in the playoffs.
Aww come on guys I'm not shy, we sure did get our a$$ handed to us but we have next week to save face so it should be interesting, I just hope the Birds show up to play, and Dallas is some what tired from running all over us today, lol
 :).
I wanted to come hang out but my laptop bit the dust this morning and I have been trying to revive this old desk top, all freaking day. Looks like I got er going on one leg for now, kinda like my Team,, Peace.

That was a perfect game for Dallas, you don't get those often.

Looks like we get 3 rematches except only 1 of them was actually contested. Arizona and Cincy both took the night off.

This has got to be a record.

Should be interesting. I'm very curious about the Jets vs. Cincy. Looked like the Jets pulled out all the stops last night with different looks and playcalling, while Cincy played very conservative. The Jets gave Cincy a ton of film to review this week, while Cincy gave very little to the Jets. I don't think Cincy played to lose, but I bet their coaches put in a very vanilla gameplan and hoped that would be enough. I think we'll see a much different game next week.

If I was a Cincy fan I would have wanted them to lose yesterday so they are matched up with the Jets. Rookie quarterback, first playoff game, has been inconsistent all year and turns the ball over. I don't think the Jets can lean on Sanchez in the playoffs and they showed it yesterday when everything was on the line, but they did show them lots of film on the wildcat with plenty of wrinkles added in. Advantage to Cincy from a gameplan perspective going in. The Jets need that defense to show up.

I am excited to watch all the games next week. Should be fun.

I think that all 3 rematches will look very different. All 3 loosing teams will have a lot of film to learn from. The winning teams have to take nitice to what the other teams might do to correct themselves and come up with possible alternatives. It become a guessing game to some extent at that point.
We may see the same teams win (or not) but I doubt that we'll see the same blow-outs.

Yeah but Brad Smith in the Wildcat is the scarriest thing I've seen. That guy is very dangerous and will alleviate the pressur on the QB. Plus the Jets have the best D in the NFL and Defense can carry you very far.

I'd predict Arizona and Cincy both win. I won't comment on the Boys-Eagles because I don't want to jinx anything. Another shutout would be nice though.:D

I think the homefield advantage for Dallas will be significant. More important for the rest of the NFC, the Eagles being the 6 seed means that nobody has to go play in Philly in January... that's a major loss of an advantage for Philly.

Watching football was fun yesterday. The sports bar was PACKED with Steeler, Dallas and Philly fans all stressed out, while I was able to be almost totally relaxed, (I did stress out a bit there at the end). the Bolts rested their starters and still came away with a win to end the regular season. Ya can't beat that.

I will tell you this it's only Monday and we are all still s t r e s s e d o u t !
I suffered two losses, The Birds and my Laptop both bit it on the same day, I just bought the new Pio 500M display so a new puter is only a fantasy at this point, I hope this anchor keeps me on line for a while any how.
The Jets are cool cats right now, nice colors too, lol.

Yeah and they went to the NFC championship last year from the 6 seed too. In fact the last 2 year the 6 seed has done pretty well in our conference.

Agreed. We so need this win. I'm so tempted to go to the game. Only 100 bucks for a seat. I am so tempted.
I'll try to score you a ticket. I have a friend that works for the organization. I'm not going to be able to go. If she still has my ticket I'll shoot ya a PM.

FYI- The Giants were the 5 seed when they won the playoffs.

I could be totally wrong, but I think having to play in Dallas and then in New Orleans is going to be a harder road than last year, particularly given the weather in the metropolitan area right now.

I got a seat! OMG this is a dream moment for me. The Cowboys vs Eagles(my favorite matchup) in a Playoff Game in primetime. It doesn't get any better than this. I'm so pumped up. Sorry Adam cats are so impatient. I just didn't want them to sell out and miss out on this rare opportunity. I do hope they use the heaters though. It's supposed to be freezing. My wife bought me the ticket. She's a keeper for sure. :D

Now I have to figure out were to park.
