I just learned that there's a World Cube Association for Rubik's games. They have record holders.

I learned this because I looked up a game that I had in high school (Rubik's Magic), and one of the things at Wikipedia caught my attention: (a) they have world records for solving it, and (b) the world record is 0.77 seconds. That's just astoundingly fast, IMO.
