Feeler: Pro gear

I may have a chance to get some cheap pro gear from a nightclub that shut down. I presume speakers, amps, XLR cabling, mixers, etc. I don't have use of much but would gladly grab some and test it and resell.

What are people here looking for decent used of in there? Amps? What else?

Sometimes you can find decent stuff from shut down clubs, depending on the quality of club it was. There is lots of junk out there though.

Look Crown, Crest and QSC amplifiers. dbX and Sabine DSP units. Middle Atlantic Racks. For DJ mixers: Pioneer, Allen & Heath, Vestax, Denon. Cables can be a good find also. Technics 1200s, Technics CD decks, Pioneer decks, Stanton turntables. Speakers: Meyer, FunktionOne, Turbosound, Danley, Dynacord, Bag End.

Lots of people are using two channel DSP units on here, if you could pickup a 8 channel dbX or Sabine for cheap you could find a buyer pretty easy I bet.

Avoid Art, Behringer, Pyle and all that stuff. If the club used that type of gear, you can just leave.
