What connections, (inputs and outputs) do the units have?

A post like yours is pretty much useless without us going to huge trouble to look up the units. So give us a break and save us a lot of work.

Welcome to the forum!

You have a couple of options with connecting those two components together. The best way will probably depend on how you have them integrated into the rest of your system (for example, are you connecting them to a receiver or other audio system).

Here are the options that I see:
  • Connect the cable coming from the wall into the "CABLE IN" connector on the back of the DCH3200. Connect the "RF OUT" on the back of the DCH3200 to the "ANTENNA IN" connector on the back of the DR570. You'll need to tune the DR570 to channel 3 or 4, depending on which you select on the back of the DCH3200. You will then tune channels using the DCH3200.
  • Connect the cable coming from the wall into the "CABLE IN" connector on the back of the DCH3200. Connect the left/right audio outputs from the DCH3200 to the left/right audio inputs on the back of the DR570. Then either connect the composite video (single RCA jack) output or the S-video output from DCH3200 to the corresponding input on the DR570. You will then tune channels using the DCH3200.
You may also be able to connect the DR570 directly to the cable feed from the wall and tune in channels, depending on if they are encrypted or not.

Just let us know if you want any more explanation.
