When I've stated three times that I've watched them and four times that I don't think theres a difference, and you keep telling me to watch them and asking me if I think there's a difference, it makes it seem like you're the one giving me attitude. If you have a point, please make it and stop being argumentative, it appears as if you're trolling.

Your repeated questioning of whether or not I've even watched the video, when I stated quite plainly that I had, and whether or not I really think what I'd already stated numerous times doesn't seem particularly civil though, and it's certainly obnoxious.

Like I said to before, limited response's back to your posts are in order so as , I, me, myself can relax and enjoy the forum. I just feel debates with you are really out of the realm of my being, so go watch the video and enjoy, I can sense your appreciation of fine artists, therefore I am surely out of "your" league.

If you're not even going to outline your position then there's not much to attack, but given the fact that I bet you can't find a single thread on this forum decrying either Madonna or Britney's performances in the same manner I think it's pretty safe to say that there are members of the forum that don't have a problem with them, that are *****ing about Adam Lambert.

Well this is a little better. I noticed you left out the part about calling me a troll etc but at least you didn't keep being rude in this post.
I have watched both videos, and I did say I'd answer if you would be civil. Your post here qualifies, mostly.

First off, Brit doesn't scream that one note over and over. She may not be the greatest singer, but he hurts my ears.
I also didn't like how he was whipping, spinning and dragging that girl on the stage. It bothered me. as far as being offended, I never said that I was. You just assumed that. I only hated it because it looked like trash to me. Brit isn't great, but at least some of her vid is tasteful. None of Adams was. It was all just for shock purposes and I never seem to enjoy anyone who does that.
So, I didn't like it. I didn't like it a lot. Not for any perceived moral reason as you seem to be hinting at. It just sucked for me. I'd rather listed to Judge Judy sing the national anthem (and I hate her too). Or maybe fingernails on a chalkboard amplified to 110db.

A difference that would require one to be NC-17 and the other to not be? Nope, still don't.

I never said that I was. You just assumed that.

My original post was in response to someone saying that it should have an NC-17 rating. What qualities, other than being offensive (to some at least, or perhaps the general population), would cause a video to have an NC-17 rating?

Which is why you stating things criticizing his singing or saying it looks like trashy doesn't make any sense in response to my original post. Those things obviously do not cause things to be given NC-17 ratings.
