Adam Lambert on the American Music Awards. WTF  IMO he hurt himself tonight. I don't know if he ruined his career. But I don't think his peers were impressed with him, or his performance. Without a doubt he killed the ending of the AMA's tonight.

I saw that earlier and was wondering what the heck he was thinking.... A lot of the POP stars did not impress me tonight. Some of the production value was fantastic though.

Good for Taylor Swift.

Adam who? I think the show was 'racy' for the fact that if you simply listen to his vocal performance, he sucks.

I always thought that this event was Family Oriented that garbage he called his act needed a NC-17 rating, He is surely allowed to express his views as he see's fit but don't push it on to the many young viewers that are enjoying this event , totally trashy by all who made it happen. Oh yeah, he is a horrible vocalist by all accounts so I ask one more question,WHY ?

Everyone should watch this

This is not suprising to me at all.The music industry has turned to S***.There are so many no talent A** clowns out there that we may never have good music again.Pathetic at best. This is a great example of whats happening to America and its music ...

Popular music has been crap for quite a few years now. Pretty much all I do is put my memory stick full of 80's and 70's music into my car stereo and listen away. I hardly ever even turn the radio on anymore.

I didn't happen to catch the show as I forgot all about it. I kinda wish I had because I saw a clip of J-lo falling on her ***.

But check out Adam Lambert's album cover.

Is that Pink? No wait, it's a dude.

This is sad. I think Lambert has potential, but WTF. I do agree music has gotten worse. The best concert performances I've seen aren't from major bands, but from single musicians that might open for a band. Still all is not lost there are good bands still out there. One of my favorite performers stopped making records for money and started making films about slavery. He's an amazing song writer and performer. But I doubt anyone knows who he is here.

It's kinda silly what we've done. Still there are musicians out there.

What ever happened to singing about something you believed in?

Two things bother me... First, if you got the talent, why do you need to cloud it with planned controversy or antics. Let you talent speak for you not your marketing plan.

Second, and specific to Adam's performance, is the reaction to those were taken aback from Adam and Hollywood. It's the typcial..."oh just lighten up." "What's the big deal." "he's couragous for expressing himself". It's so typical. If you don't like it your uptight and homophobic and you "just don't get it."

OMG! I love Adam, but his performance on the AMA was awful. This kid can sing. Check out the video at 3:23 he holds his voice it seems forever. I think he should stick to ballads.
