Terminator 3 Blu-ray- 5.1 soundtrack?

I need to stay out of the video store for a while. First I wasted $30 on Pelham 123. Then I Had To Have Terminator 3 Bluray to replace my older DVD version. Pop it in and it is in Dolby Digital 5.1. WHAT? NO DOLBY-HD. NO DTS-ES. My Terminator 2 BluRay is in DTS-ES.

Well, since it was a crappy movie, I don't blame them for not coming up with a new audio track. Make sure you check the specs online before buying something that bad. That one was easily the worst of the series.

C'mon the entry of the female terminator (Kristanna Loken) is worth the price of admission for me. I agree not the best of the series but I would not classify it as crappy.

I saw it in the theater and wasn't impressed. I like Claire Danes too. The terminator chick is hot, but that wasn't enough to push it up into "good" territory. This was a relatively early BD as well, and I do have a few others that only have straight DD or DTS tracks. Is it at least a 640K track vs 384K?

How can I tell 640k track vs 384k? None of this info on the case.

On your player there should be a way to display the audio codec in use and the bitrate. My guess is it might be a DD+ track.

Taught me something new. I have learned alot from this forum. I still don't understand bitrates etc. If I hang around here long enough you guys will teach me.
