If you have too many HDMI equipped output devices this could be a deal for you. This receiver from Sony's "Elevated Standard" series has 6 hdmi inputs(should be enough for most people i'd think).

No offense, but Sony has always had luckluster amps built in, once you hook up 5 or more speakers their amperage power drops to about 35 watts per channel. (Even the ES line). For the money I would look at a Onkyo 70X series or a refurbished Denon.
