You hear it all the time, "I'm not racist, I have plenty of black friends." For this man to say that he refused to marry the couple out of concern for their future childres in despicable. If men like this had their way, I wouldn't be alive. Sure growing up as a mixed child was difficult, but I don't think I would change a thing. My childhood experiences made me the man I am today.

Most children grow up with some sort of adversity. It's part of the human experience.

If it was up to him, my wife and I wouldn't be married and our beautiful baby girl would not exist. That would be a crime. Everyone loves our baby! She's adorable.

Hey, I don't happen to agree with what the J/P did but it's extrapolating a bit to say it's denying procreation. I have what's considered a mixed marriage and well prior to the marriage both my parents and hers spoke of many things including giving thought to how people would perceive our children and were we prepared to deal with the uglier side. It's not bad advice but it can be awkward to bring up. There's worse things though. How would I be able to explain to the world if my kids grew up to be lawyers or politicians?

Well maybe not ALL. I too have seen some ugly babies. But most of them looked like inbreads. Mixed babies wouldn't have that issue would they?
