You hear it all the time, "I'm not racist, I have plenty of black friends." For this man to say that he refused to marry the couple out of concern for their future childres in despicable. If men like this had their way, I wouldn't be alive. Sure growing up as a mixed child was difficult, but I don't think I would change a thing. My childhood experiences made me the man I am today.
Most children grow up with some sort of adversity. It's part of the human experience.
