I have a mitsubishi hd1000. trying to connect pioneer blueray via hdmi port(tried direct and through pioneer reciver) I keep getting no signal. help please!

Make sure you enable your Blue Ray Player to output HDMI. You probably have to select that in the set up menu. Please read the manual.
