In about the past three months I have had a terrible time with thi site. It crashes my browser most likely due to the scripts for the new pop up adds (ie netflicks and the adds that cover up wht you are trying to read). It has been a while since I have logged in to make a post for this very reason. I am a 12 year vet of IT just so that you know. This has started after the pop up adds were added to the site.anyone else?

What browser are you running ?

Sometimes IE 8 causes problem with pop up browser. Try backing off to IE7 or try another brower such as Mozilla's FireFox. I have not had any problems with my browser (IE 7) mainly. I have a "little" IT experience also :D Some time back I thought 12 years experience was a lot, LOL now I have 3 1/3 times that amount .

Good Luck,

I've never had any problems with the page or the entire browser hanging or crashing but like most people I find the popups annoying.

If you delete your cookies and add zedo.com to the block list in IE you will no longer get the annoying NetFlix popups. (Tools->Internet Options->Privacy, click on the Sites button).

Cool beans. I did that with FF and IE. One doesn't carry over to the other. The procedure is a little different from one to the other but even I was able to get it.

Thanks.

I thought that you were rolling with Adblock Plus on FF, my man. I use that, and I've never seen a Netflix pop-up.

On my desk top I have two short cuts to AH. One is IE and the other FF. The work I do here is just that important. Now that I have figured out the smilies with FF I don't use IE at all but on my sister's desktop I logged on briefly and was met with that Netflix pop up. I threw her computer out the window and then peed on it. Sorry, that sh!t is rude and I felt that her machine had been tainted. I shouldn't have to say this but for the drinkers: please, no taint jokes about my sister.

Anyway, if MDS says to do something to a computer ... I'm on it.

Anybody know what the score is with that admt (or what ever) thing is that my AVG is always finding?

What OS are you running cause I had the same issue a few days ago and I just had to re update XP to sp3 and no more issue.
