I like them! They seem like a decent offering to me. No doubt about the guys over there arguing over the "decreased capabilty" due to them being affordable.

It was only a matter of time before Emotiva started going down a dark path. They'll go from being an unbelievable value to just another amp manufacturer. It all starts with this.

The 0.5m digital coaxial cable is $16.99. At Monoprice, I can get the same thing for $0.70.

I will say their XLR cables are some of the nicest I've seen.

Haven't these been up on their site for a while? Looks like there is a larger variety now than when I first saw them though.

Notice too that there are two levels of cables there; Ultra and X Series. Ultra is less expensive.

That is one crazy looking HDMI cable too (price actually isn't that bad).

I had a chance to see the whole product line a couple of weeks ago at Emofest. They are very well made and good quality. I was really impressed with the HDMI cables. I loved the flat cable design with the weave fabric jacket. The X-Series is the high end and the Ultra is a little more affordable. But even the X-series isn't bad in price

My only disappointments were the speaker cables didn't have locking banana plugs and the power cable just seemed to wimpy. I figure if you're gonna buy an aftermarket power cord, it should be a least 10 gauge wire and as big around as your thumb. Or maybe welding cable.
