Nomo, I love ya man but...

"We" didn't just boo Santa..."we" threw snowballs at him...do you know the story behind it?

We = something our grandfathers did. (it happened almost 50 years ago.)

Santa wasn't Santa...He was a stumbling drunk in a bad costume and they called him (and the Eagles) on it.

You should hear the sports talk radio today...very negative towards Vick.

Don't lump all Philly fans together. Passion fuels bad things sometimes and Philly has had it's share but it's because we won't put up with the BS most sports teams or players want us to. We love you if you bust it. We don't if you don't. Anyhow...As always the bad comes from a very small percentage of fans.

While I am not a Boo'er (how do you spell that anyway:confused:) I can relate to the mentality.
Sorry but I hate the Eagles and have since I was a kid.

Still I think this has all the makings of a super bowl. Especially if Vick becomes McNabb's replacement. Vick has never been on a team with the weapons and defense that the Eagles have. People try to act like he was a bad QB, but in reality he was on a bad team. Now he's on one of the top 5 franchises in football. With Maclin and Jackson to throw too. Oh my he's got the best chance he could dream of.

I certainly hope not as a Cowboys fan, but this is gonna be a great year in the NFC East again.

The Cowboys got rid of their bad team members,
Philly has some weapons for McNabb.
The Giants get healthier on defense again.
Redskins(who knows?)

Well as the thread states, Vick just might really play for Philly, The Eagles suffered a pretty significant setback with the injury to D Nabb, I guess you could say that he cracked under pressure :D , but seriously with a fractured rib his ability to throw the football will be greatly affected and K Kolb really doesn't look like he can lead our team to a victory so with that being said , if we dont sign a Jeff Garcia or an A J Feeley I would assume that by week three we could actually see the likes of M Vick under center.I thought we just signed him for the publicity, ha it's as real as it gets now,.

* I know that this is football talk but I wanted to share this with you guys, this is why baseball really is the family sport, really makes me smile....Check out the link below and I'm sure you will smile a bit too.

What the hell does that mean any way, I think you are clueless to your own post ! By the looks of things you must go by the name, Rocky redass, There is just as much class in the great city of Philadelphia as any other major city and by far the fans are 1st class all the way :D

Still a hater I see, well I guess its your right to feel this way.
Like I said before I for one am no M Vick fan but it is what it is and I or you cant change it.I was only pointing out just how ironic it is that D Nabb is hurt somewhat significantly, and lo and behold....
The post was meant simply as a joke and was in no way directed at you.

Still a hater? Absolutely, I hope Vick gets his *** handed to him on the field.
that would to me be paying his debt to society. (no still not enough)

While i'm not even close to being a Eagles fan, I actaully like McNabb, and I'd hate to see a scumbag like Vick overshadow him.

Yes I agree, No matter what debt to society was played out he is and always will be a major scumbag in everyone's eyes, it just won't go away, never.
I am hoping that they just get by with Kolb for what its worth , they brought him here for something so lets see it good or bad, I as a fan would rather play (win or lose) with K Kolb than win with Vick, but like I said it is what it is.
I know you meant that as a joke, no offense taken, thanks, sawz...

You guys did just sign Garcia, so I think Kolb will have a VERY short leash this coming Sunday.
