Sony's televisions have been dissapointing lately. Maybe this is because they are directing their funds towards R&D for tech they plan on pushing that truly is different from the competition. Don't mistake this for talking Sony up, they haven't been on the LCD ball at all IMO. They produce tvs that are just good enough, nothing extraordinary, that are overpriced for their overall performance.
